It's perhaps inevitable that Keane's debut album, Hopes and Fears, will draw numerous comparisons to Coldplay. Hopes and Fears is one of those albums that I want to like. Within Keane's oeuvre (five full albums and one EP), "Hopes And Fears" occupies a special place as it has long been the only guitarless record. ![]() On 6 September 2016, Chaplin announced he would be playing eight intimate solo shows across the UK in October 2016. Hopes and Fears is an amazing album that makes me both happy and sad at the same time.
